The GFS AdvanceCure system consists of powerful air blower towers in both corner and sidewall designs. These towers produce high velocity filtered turbulent airflow direct to the painted surface through durable aluminum multi-directional nozzles. The GFS AdvanceCure system is proven to drastically reduce both flash-off and drying times of all waterborne and low-VOC solvent based paints.
|
|

|
Integrated into all GFS ECO Refinish control panels, GFS' SmartCure accelerated heat curing technology optimizes the control of heat-and-time to produce the most effective cure/bake cycles for your specific coatings. By using pre-programmed cure cycles, SmartCure optimizes the temperature, time, and duration of the cure cycles to reduce your total curing time, saving you both time and energy.
|
|

|
GFS' Variable Frequency Drives prevent power spikes during motor start-up and provide automatic pressure control, which eliminates the need for inefficient mechanical dampers. VFD's can also adjust the fan speed depending on the type of coating used to provide optimum airflow velocity. These features mean that VFD's can drastically reduce your energy costs.

The Controlled Airflow Ceiling (CAF) design maximizes the effectiveness of downdraft airflow, providing you with the most efficient way to remove overspray. The main flow zone is concentrated around the vehicle to remove overspray. The secondary flow zones on each side of the booth circulate overspray away from the walls and light fixtures, resulting in a cleaner booth and lower maintenance.
The traditional T-Bar ceiling found in ECO Professional and Concept utilizes highly efficient filter media to provide exceptionally clean air, and angled hip-lights to illuminate the vehicle.
GFS uses only color-corrected, high-efficiency light fixtures in all spray booths, lighted prep stations, and mix rooms. GFS light fixtures feature T-8 color corrected reduced-mercury ECOLOGIC OCTRON lamps, and electronic ballasts. GFS light fixtures reduce energy consumption up to 30 percent and meets TCLP standards for non-hazardous waste.

- SpaceSaver
|
High-performance, small footprint
GFS' exclusive roof-integrated SpaceSaver heat system is engineered to provide high-performance in a low profile package. All shops face the fact that floor space is expensive, and the need to maximize the useable area in your shop is extremely important. By effectively compacting a high-efficiency heat system into the same area as the paint booth plenum, GFS has opened up new possibilities for booth placement and body shop arrangement for businesses that are space conscious.
GFS designed the SpaceSaver to utilize the proven airflow design of a semi-downdraft paint booth, but integrated the heater and fans into an innovative single-piece unit built into the plenum of the cabin. The SpaceSaver heater moves the air through the filtered ceiling, down over the vehicle, and into the twin exhaust boxes at the rear of the cabin.

Eurovac Sanding
Systems
|
Reduced Staff Turnover
Body Shop owners and managers report that after the installation of a Eurovac Dust Extraction System they find that it's easier to hire and keep good technicians. Replacing staff is time consuming and expensive – it can be very difficult to find qualified body shop personnel.
Reduced Liability
Installing an effective dust extraction system can reduce your company's liability in the eventuality of employees taking legal action if they develop any kind of respiratory condition.
Reduced Sandpaper Costs
Your sandpaper costs will be approximately 30-40% lower. Discs last longer when sanding dust doesn't build up. (Without a dust extraction system installed, discs are thrown away when they are blocked, not worn.)
Reduced Clean-Up Costs
Body filler and paint sanding are the main causes of dust. Clean-up is an ongoing concern, and can negatively effect your company's profitability. Sweeping simply puts settled dust back into circulation, but with a Eurovac system installed, your technicians can quickly and effectively vacuum their work bays on a regular basis.
Reduced Paint Repair and Re-Paints
A Eurovac system reduces the risk of sanding dust settling onto paint jobs. If dust is not eliminated at the source, it has a way of getting into your paint booths – even with downdraft booths and filtered air.
Improved Results
By vacuuming away sanding dust, sanding discs have little grit build-up – which means no swirl marks!
Increased Business
It's a proven fact that people prefer to entrust their vehicles to a clean shop.
